Railway Day 2011

In 2011, the traditional holiday for all railway technology enthusiasts falls on Saturday, 24 September. The largest events will take place on the premises of the Railway Vehicle Depot and Děčín Main Station, where a range of interesting expositions and a rich accompanying programme have been prepared for visitors. Let yourself be enchanted by the railway and come to the station, where things are happening! Admission is free of charge.

Railway Day 2011

The programme of National Railway Day in Děčín will take place at the Railway Vehicle Depot (DKV) and at Děčín Main Station (Děčín hl.n.). These two locations will be connected by a train shuttle from Platform 1A and a bus shuttle line, or you can walk between them through the city. The shuttle service is free of charge. Entry into the track yard is prohibited.

The all-day programme begins at 10:00 a.m. and you can visit World of Entertainment (Svět zábavy) with a programme for children and adult visitors, World of History (Svět historie) with an exposition of historic locomotives, or World of Change (Svět změny) on the railway with tours of modern carriages and locomotives.

V Den železnice výhodně se SONE+

V sobotu 24. září 2011 může s jednodenní jízdenkou SONE+ cestovat vlakem až pět cestujících bez ohledu na věk. Ostatní podmínky se nemění. Více informací zde.
